About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Engineer for a six-month independent contractor engagement to help build and evolve a Nuxt.js application, stand up a Strapi CMS, and integrate the two into a cohesive, production-ready system. This role will own day-to-day development across the stack, from front-end features to CMS configuration and API integration. Success in this contract looks like proactively driving implementation decisions, shipping high-quality features with minimal oversight, and helping establish solid technical foundations during an early-phase project. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys ambiguity, and takes pride in turning rough requirements into thoughtful, scalable solutions. This role requires strong full-stack fundamentals, the ability to work solo while collaborating with Distribution, Product, Design, and Engineering partners, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. This role will also require the use of the contractor’s own equipment, tools, and software. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining general liability insurance and is not eligible for benefits through the Come and See Foundation.
