We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Platform Squad, the team powering integrations, platform reliability, and customer-facing analytics. You’ll ensure our platform is fast, trustworthy, and delivering verified patient records and actionable insights that make providers’ lives easier and drive client success. As a key leader on our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data products, internal tools, and operational cadences. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and customer success managers to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and turn complex technical and data challenges into intuitive products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of internal tooling, analytics, and data pipelines, along with a keen eye for gaps in these areas and an innovative mindset for filling them. This is a role for someone who can balance strategy and execution while keeping the customer experience front and center.

  • Lead the Platform squad, owning the roadmap for API performance, load times, data completeness, and EHR upgrades
  • Stabilize infrastructure in partnership with engineering as platform scale grows
  • Lead product ownership for analytics tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate, client-aligned insights
  • Automate reporting and workflows to reduce manual effort for internal teams
  • Define and launch the customer portal, surfacing key KPIs and ROI dashboards
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, and customer success to deliver responsive, user-friendly experiences
  • Prioritize infrastructure improvements alongside new features to maximize reliability and adoption
  • Monitor product performance and iterate to improve usability, accuracy, and client satisfaction
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company
  • Technical fluency in SQL, BI tools, and APIs
  • Experience balancing platform reliability work with customer-facing product development
  • Experience delivering analytics tools, dashboards, or portals
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, able to validate data and workflows directly
  • Customer-focused, obsessed with adoption, trust, and ROI
  • Experience with data warehouses and cloud platforms
  • Exposure to startup and/or high growth environments
  • Experience working with health technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with engineers, clients, and executives
