Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, technical marketing, or engineering roles focused on AI infrastructure, software platforms, or cloud-native technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML software stacks, including OS layers, containerization, orchestration, runtime libraries, and ML frameworks.
• Experience managing backlogs using Agile tools like Jira Align, with a clear ability to define epics, features, and requirements tied to business value.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive software integration and validation across complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical detail to diverse audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with Dell AI Platforms or similar AI infrastructure stacks (e.g., NVIDIA DGX, OpenShift AI, GKE, AWS SageMaker).
• Familiarity with software ecosystem partnerships, open source contribution models, and AI workload performance tuning; Understanding of industry use cases for AI, including GenAI, computer vision, NLP, and data engineering workloads.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the software ecosystem supporting Dell's AI Platforms-including OS support (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu), containers/orchestration, AI runtimes (e.g., CUDA, PyTorch, TensorFlow), AI integrations, AI operations software, and middleware stacks tied to Nvidia NVAIE
• Gather and synthesize customer requirements, industry trends, and ecosystem partner input to define supported workloads and platform requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, solutions, validation) to ensure workload and middleware integration, compatibility, and performance optimization
• Track and document validated Nvidia NVAIE configurations supported on Dell infrastructure, contributing to solution guides and customer-facing assets
• Partner with software ecosystem providers (open source and commercial) to ensure Dell AI Platforms remain certified, optimized, and competitive for modern workloads. Support product launches, internal enablement, and customer engagements as the product expert for AI software ecosystem capabilities.
