We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead technical and outbound product management for our Hyperscale solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, product management, engineering, or technical pre-sales, specifically within the field of data storage or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud technology architecture, service offerings, limits and platform architecture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Effective presentation skills for internal and external executive audiences.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hyperscale and large enterprise engineers, architects, product management and leadership.
• Define workloads, performance and prioritization.
• Develop high-quality content, patterns and practices.
• Act as a technical expert and advocate for our product lines at conferences, seminars, webinars, and other public forums.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
• Understand compute, storage, network, and data center architecture at scale.
• Drive successful root cause analysis of technical issues across hardware and software.
• Benchmark, validate build requirements for scale out storage software integrated with Pure flash technologies.
• Work with business development partners to evaluate and improve product functionality.
• Specify technical requirements and prioritization to inbound PM and Engineers.
• Leverage strong problem-solving skills to make informed decisions despite incomplete information.
• Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of technical excellence.
