About The Position

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and content solutions to support Aledade's vast practice base, with an emerging focus on Aledade's largest clients. In this role, you will partner with business owners, analytics leads, engineers, regional medical directors, and other product leaders to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approaches, and rollout plans. You will play a critical role in helping evolve Aledade's infrastructure to meet the needs of its largest clients, while finding the through-lines that carry back benefits to Aledade's core practice segment. The initial focus of the role will be around building novel analytics capabilities, creating corresponding data products to support those analytics where needed, and working with clients and supporting field staff to continuously refine those offerings. These offerings will be a key part of helping Aledade continue scaling, identifying performance opportunities for our clients, and providing high tier customer service.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.
  • Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.
  • Experience building analytical data products in healthcare settings.
  • Fluency with healthcare datasets (claims, scheduling data, cost/utilization reporting, etc.).
  • Experience working in a client facing capacity, ideally within health system settings.
  • Knowledge of MSSP and MA value based care programs.
  • Knowledge and comfort with SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective.
  • Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & user feedback.
  • Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution.
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration.
