As a Technical Product Manager on the Technology team, you will combine product management, business analysis, systems analysis, and project management to deliver data capabilities that power Bellwether and our clients. Reporting to the SVP of Technology, you’ll partner with business leaders and client stakeholders to translate needs into technically sound solutions, design robust integrations and ETL patterns, and assist in leading multi-team execution. You will manage two direct reports (Business Analyst and Systems Analyst) and serve as the single point of accountability for assigned platform initiatives, including, but not limited to, a phased transitions from legacy systems to modern data platforms.

  • Partner with the SVP of Technology and business leaders to define and prioritize a multi-quarter roadmap for data platform initiatives.
  • Align product priorities with client needs and business objectives; lead discovery and requirements definition to convert strategy into executable programs.
  • Own backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions for assigned initiatives.
  • Assess and document current-state data flows, dependencies, and integration points across systems.

  • Collaborate with engineering to design, validate, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines, APIs, and monitoring/alerting patterns.
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders and client-facing teams.
  • Map end-to-end processes across finance, operations, and data teams; translate needs into user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce deliverables including current/future-state diagrams, data mappings, API/interface specs, and traceability matrices.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple client initiatives: manage plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee BA/systems-analysis tasks (test plans, UAT support, cutover/rollback planning).
  • Report status, risks, and tradeoffs to the SVP and business stakeholders; ensure a predictable delivery cadence.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports (Business Analyst and Systems Analyst) — set priorities, review deliverables, provide feedback, and support career growth.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between technology, business leaders, and client stakeholders for assigned initiatives.
