About The Position

Technical Product Engineering Manager The Opportunity: We are looking for a forward-thinking technical product manager, passionate about solving complex problems through a systematic approach, strong technical skills, and data-centric analysis to answer critical questions. In this role, you will work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders. You will balance technical feasibility with product delivery, serving areas in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital threads to support full lifecycle engineering and operations. Requirements

  • Experience in product lifecycle management, including driving strategy, defining use cases and requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features for government or mission critical systems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of software developers and systems engineers to synthesize customer feedback into product enhancements
  • Experience with practical digital engineering and MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools, such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of program milestone reviews
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, associate contractor stakeholders and teammates to achieve program goals
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence, for managing product development
  • Experience in product strategy or technical product management within aerospace or defense sectors
  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM model registries, such as Hugging Face, and embedding models and vector databases
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Experience analyzing and translating system requirements into design
  • Experience with NASA or DoD space system
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering
