About The Position

The Technical Product Customer Service Representative Service Representative (Remote) works from home and engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must be located near Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.
  • Understanding of Automotive functionality and repair knowledge in all areas of the automobile.
  • Understanding of Radios and Instrument Panel Clusters and how they are functionally integrated with the vehicle.
  • Understanding of Automotive Electrical Systems.
  • Understanding of the different Electric & Hybrid Vehicles.
  • Strong communication skills including listening, reasoning, deciphering other's communications and working well with others as a team.
  • Ability to create and maintain excel files/reports and present to individuals and Teams alike.
  • Ability to create and maintain Power Point Decks and present to individuals and Teams alike.
  • Ability to interact with and present to co-workers and multiple levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Care and CRT agents with questions being asked by customers unable to be answered by the agents.
  • Occasionally go to the client's site, with prior communication.
  • Daily Customer Care Case review and research resulting in finding trending issues to escalate for service release and manufacturing plant resolutions.
  • Input issues into the Customer Care Issue Tracker and maintain the tracker.
  • Create and prepare Technical Issue Alignment Call / Deck for presentation.
  • Prepare calls / decks for presenting issues Control Tower.
  • Handle multiple Model Lines of FEW Calls (Field Early Warranty).
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
