The Technical Product Analyst engages directly with key business domains to assess the utilization of technology products and develop functional product roadmaps to support business operations. This role creates business requirements, technical solution definitions, and business case artifacts to support funding and implementation. The Technical Product Analyst provides direction for key technology products and application architecture design, coordinating with Plan & Build partners to ensure procurement, design, build, and deployment. This role works directly with business disciplines to support the adoption and modification of products within business functions. The Technical Product Analyst partners closely with Contact Channel leadership, operations, and engineering teams to own and evolve enterprise voice products that power customer engagement at scale. This role focuses on platforms such as CCaaS (e.g., NICE CXone), IVR / conversational self-service, and telephony and carrier services, translating complex business needs into scalable, reliable, and compliant voice solutions.
