The position involves a variety of responsibilities focused on ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. The individual will interact with management and quality teams to meet testing and quality needs while providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include running molders to produce test bars and plaques, performing necessary testing to complete SRNs, and coordinating all SRN activities for timely customer completion. The role requires analysis of colors using a spectrophotometer and a solid understanding of product lines and customer specifications. The candidate must be proficient in Windows 7 and Office 2010/2013, including MS Word and Excel, and be comfortable working with both English and Metric systems. Basic algebra skills are necessary for performing calculations. The individual will also maintain laboratory cleanliness, conduct equipment PMs, and assist in training manufacturing personnel for in-process inspections. Adherence to Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures is mandatory, along with updating the RMA Code of Conduct standards and performing other duties as assigned by the Technical Process & Product System Leader.
