About The Position
The Technical Pre-Sales Manager will design, develop, and present technical proposals for software services and solutions. This role supports the sales team in qualifying leads and proposing solutions that match customer needs. The manager will be involved in presales strategy and processes that align with sales and marketing objectives, as well as assigning and managing presales resources. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and proofs of concept. The manager will provide technical and business expertise to the sales team and customers, negotiate on the technical and commercial aspects of deals, collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams, and evaluate/report on the presales team's performance. Additionally, the manager will prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives.
