About The Position

Aristocrat is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to join the Productivity & Collaboration Team within Aristocrat Labs. This role is crucial in leading and supporting the organization’s SaaS applications and technical operations, with a solid focus on Efficiency SaaS platforms such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth experience supporting and optimizing these tools while growing in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. Working closely with the Technical Product Manager, domain experts, and interested parties across Aristocrat Labs and global IT, this position will help drive business and studio initiatives through the deployment, administration, security, and continuous enhancement of SaaS solutions and related platforms across multiple business units. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS administration or a related IT role supporting efficiency and teamwork tools.
  • Proven expertise in cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • In-depth experience with SaaS applications such as Jira, Confluence, Testrail, Unity, and Slack.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, administration, and support of Productivity and Collaboration SaaS platforms, including Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack, across multiple business units
  • Build and lead a global L1–L4 support model, including 24/7 monitoring, ticket triage, issue resolution, and service delivery
  • Drive operational excellence by setting team goals, handling deliverables, and partnering with business team members to meet support and reliability objectives
  • Configure, deploy, and administer Atlassian and Slack environments, including user access, permissions, integrations, and platform improvements
  • Ensure SaaS platforms meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards by identifying and mitigating risks
  • Optimize SaaS usage through training, adoption support, usage analysis, and cost optimization, including identifying redundant or underutilized licenses
  • Lead the rollout, standardization, and adoption of new SaaS tools and features, including user migrations and change enablement
  • Know the latest on SaaS and productivity platform standards and continuously improve platform performance and user experience
