Responsibilities

• Lead AR demos, showcasing our technology to clients and officials.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the AR headsets, software, or network during demos.
• Keep demo equipment updated and ready for use.
• Work across business lines to make sure demos are successful.
• Test and help improve our AR software.
• Travel for demos (~10% of the time)

Requirements

• Great at communicating and providing customer service.
• Quick at solving technical problems.
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality.
• Open to 10% travel.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in software engineering, especially hands-on experience with AR/VR technology
• Familiar with Confluence and Jira.
• Knowledge of simulation tech.
• Individuals with military experience are encouraged to apply.
