Technical Operations Specialist Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is an innovative small businessproviding IT and management consulting services to the U.S. FederalGovernment and commercial clients. Our team members haveproven experience leading strategic initiatives within the civilianGovernment agencies. RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations. This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not available. CST Schedule 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off(rotating weekly) 12-hour days, 0600 - 1800 or 1800 - 0600 Rotatingfrom days to nights or vice versa quarterly. 10% differential pay for all hours between 1800 and 0600. 25% differential pay for eighthours on Sundays.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Military background or equivalent operations experience
• Bachelors Degree and five (5) years relevant experience
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree
