But to us, financial dreams and goals are serious business. SESLOC is looking to fill a Technical Operations Specialist position based out of our San Luis Obispo Headquarters. Job Summary: In the Technical Operations role, you will support the daily administration and optimization of internal systems used across the Central Operations Department. Maintain system functionality, generate operational reports, and assist with data analysis to drive informed data-driven decision-making. Help execute system updates, perform testing, and document processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. Requirements

High school Diploma or GED and three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Hands‑on experience supporting and administering operational systems, including performing configurations, updates, and basic troubleshooting in coordination with technical teams or vendors.
Generate and validate operational reports, analyzing data for trends, and contributing to dashboards or performance metrics.
Ability to draft and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and workflow maps while also participating in User Acceptance Testing and supporting project rollouts.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for providing first‑level technical support, gathering requirements from cross‑departmental partners, and clearly explaining system changes to staff across the organization.
