You know what a QTB is, could build the deck for it, and also know what the folks chairing the meeting are looking for. You have experience in special operations, ideally in both a joint and US Army SOF unit. You know how to and will proactively solve unusual and/or complex problems with little or know direction given. This is a role in a very fast-moving technical organization that is directly supporting the warfighter.
