Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, water systems, or a related technical environment
  • High school diploma required; technical certification or related education preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
  • Working knowledge of service operations and field support processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator who works well with both field technicians and office teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • May require occasional travel to field locations to support service operations
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with monitoring systems, service documentation, or RFQ processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to Field Service Technicians and internal service teams
  • Review and validate technical scope for service jobs, monitoring installations, and project work
  • Assist with technical review of RFQs to support accurate service quoting
  • Support administration and performance of monitoring systems and related platforms
  • Coordinate materials and technical requirements with Parts Specialists and Service Coordinators to ensure job readiness
  • Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements
  • Escalate complex or non-standard technical issues to senior technical leadership when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to service scope, monitoring accounts, and project readiness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
