The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our technical operations team and be a part of building an impacting team, handle complex technical issues and ensure service reliability for our customers’ production environments. As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring our SaaS solutions hosted in the cloud, primarily on AWS. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Research & Development (R&D) teams to optimize processes, improve product quality, and effectively manage escalations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in cloud environments and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our customers. This position requires availability to work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend evening each week.
