About The Position

The Technical Operations Co-Op is a 12-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment. We plan to hire multiple Co-Op students across several functional roles within Technical Operations. Each Co-Op will be assigned to various projects and will support Full Time Employees according to business needs.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
  • Actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Master’s degree (but not necessarily taking classes).
  • Completion of at least freshman year of undergraduate academic program is required.
  • Must be eligible to complete a 12-month co-op term from January 2026 to December 2026 in Fort Washington, PA.
  • Availability required from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative.
  • Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.

  • Preferred majors are: Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, etc.
  • Someone who takes initiative, has a high level of attention to detail, and knows when to seek assistance will be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report, and seek correction for deviations noted in my workplace.
  • Support pharmaceutical dosage form development, validation, post-validation activities, and off-shift manufacturing projects when necessary.
  • Complete project initiatives including, but not limited to, project mapping, process monitoring, and the evaluation of liquid and solid dosage pharmaceuticals.
  • Attend GMP training on the schedule designated for the role as appropriate.
