About The Position

We're currently seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to join our team in the EU. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, assisting merchants with their onboarding through calls, helping them with their issues and questions, proactively addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional post-onboarding support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule
  • Self-disciplined mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a must
  • JavaScript knowledge is a must
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
