About The Position

WYMT-TV is looking for a technical media producer and director to join its award-winning production team. Successful candidates must utilize strong editorial, journalistic, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in broadcast journalism preferred
• Newscast directing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor all broadcast streams for WYMT
• Direct live newscasts including breaking news, weather, specials, sports, and digital products
• Daily work with ENPS
• Understanding of all equipment in the studio and master control area
• Daily care and maintenance of equipment and the studio
• Other duties as assigned
