About the position
WYMT-TV is looking for a technical media producer and director to join its award-winning production team. Successful candidates must utilize strong editorial, journalistic, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all broadcast streams for WYMT
- Direct live newscasts including breaking news, weather, specials, sports, and digital products
- Daily work with ENPS
- Understanding of all equipment in the studio and master control area
- Daily care and maintenance of equipment and the studio
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in broadcast journalism preferred
- Newscast directing experience preferred
