Requirements

  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Technical Writing: Knowledge of technical writing processes, considerations and applications; ability to write materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate marketing requirements, converting them into functional specifications and securing stakeholder sign-off.
  • Plan and lead critical NPI marketing functions, including product specification development, launch coordination, and lifecycle management.
  • Communicate technical product features and capabilities effectively to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of all product marketing materials, including spec sheets, product pages, virtual tours, and visuals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each product vertical, including market segmentation, rollout planning, and marketing strategy alignment.
  • Collaborate with dealers and customers to establish and manage Field Follow Agreements, ensuring feedback loops and continuous improvement.
