Machine Specialties, LLC (MSI) is a leading contract machining and metal finishing company that designs and manufactures sophisticated, cost-effective solutions to meet our clients' most demanding challenges. Our company is located in Whitsett, NC, just outside of Greensboro, NC. We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to lead training programs and initiatives that support our learning and development objectives. This role is responsible for assessing the skills of our technical employees and apprentices, identifying areas needing improvement and implementing programs to fill these gaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Conventional and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. This is a full-time, exempt position that will report to our Career Development Manager.
