About this role: The technical literature web developer is responsible for creating and maintaining multiple technical websites, for mobile and desktop devices; as well as overseeing existing hosted websites that serve targeted audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 + years of experience with Bootstrap 5 and/or other mobile responsive frameworks, HTML CSS and PHP.
  • 2 + years of experience working with and animating large tables of data for ease of use and accessibility on mobile devices
  • 2 + Experience with GitHub

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in JavaScript
  • Experience in ReactJS
  • Experience in UX design
  • Experience in Web crawlers and Web based databases
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate with team concerning the direction of the website.
  • Competence in prioritizing workload based on departmental requirements and customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Aptitude for working independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new websites using HTML, CSS and PHP (PHP includes).
  • Perform routine ongoing support and maintenance of existing websites.
  • Complete special web projects, as needed.
