Reporting to the Director of Warehouse Operations, the Listing Coordinator is responsible for conducting scoping visits, and performing both physical and desktop inventories across various projects. This role evaluates equipment and project needs, providing technical assessments and recommendations. The Listing Coordinator researches and defines equipment pricing, uploads technical information into the system, and collaborates with the U.S. team on project qualification activities. Additionally, the Listing Coordinator promotes inventory services, supports internal transfer requirements from a technical standpoint, and serves as the primary technical point of contact for equipment performance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Please note: This position will be based out of Seekonk, MA, but will require travel - at peak times, may be up to 50%, visiting client sites around the US
