The Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) at Konecranes is designed for graduating engineers seeking to fast-track their careers in technical and business leadership roles. This two-year program involves rotations through five major engineering groups, providing hands-on experience in various aspects of engineering, including service, modernization, parts, new equipment, and global technical services. Participants will engage in projects to apply their learning and will receive mentorship throughout the program.
