Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on data pipelines, AI/ML integration, and highly distributed SaaS architectures.
Strong technical command of AWS and modern observability stacks (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Datadog).
Proven experience in CI/CD automation and modern DevOps practices.
A track record of integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted engineering.
Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders, mentor talent, and bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value.
A solution-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience building robust 3rd party integrations (e.g., ServiceNow).
Fluency in Go, Java, or Rust.
Familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems (React, NodeJS, microfrontend architectures).
A passion for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that support global enterprise users.
