The Teams Engineer will provide support for daily customer-initiated and controlled operations of services in Microsoft Teams, Telephony, and Audio conference services. This role requires a deep understanding of Teams Licensing, Communication Credits, and the ability to troubleshoot and configure various Teams functionalities including Channels, Private Channels, and their members. The engineer will also be responsible for implementing retention policies, understanding E-911 requirements, and device-focused troubleshooting. Additionally, the role involves configuring messaging and meeting policies, delegations, and calendar settings, as well as utilizing tools for root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
