About The Position

The Technical Lead position is focused on leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. The candidate must stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, incorporating them into development processes. Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, is essential. The position demands a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Salesforce admin and platform developer I certification at minimum
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Apex, triggers, Batch and Scheduled jobs, flows, LWC, Aura
• Ability to debug logs
• Ability to support release deployments
• Experience working with BSAs on refining stories and pointing stories
• Ability to do solution designing and implementation without much handholding
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
• Understanding of apex limits and how to implement them in coding
• Focus on less coding and more configuration-based implementation using flows
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with API callouts
• Understanding of sharing and visibility/security settings
• Experience with custom metadata and custom settings

Nice To Haves

• Platform Developer II certification
• Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Admin, etc.
