About The Position
Sr Microsoft Dynamics CRM Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ⦠8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ⦠Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications ⦠Work independently and guide the team members ⦠Experience in programming languages like C#/.Net ⦠Create workflows/plugins and integrate with other CRM applications ⦠Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ⦠Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting Roles & Responsibilities ⦠Lead & Develop: Architect and build integrations with other CRM on their own. ⦠Architecture Ownership: Design and evolve system architecture. ⦠GenAI Integration: Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector/hybrid search and tool orchestration. ⦠Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor developers and collaborate with product and other teams ⦠Optimization: Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services.
