About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications. In this role, you will balance hands-on development with strategic technical oversight, ensuring our architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern best practices.

Requirements

12+ Year of overall IT Experience.
Expert-level Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Data).
Advanced proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, State Management)
Hands-on experience with Kafka is good to have.
Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline integration
Mastery of JUnit, Mockito, and frontend testing frameworks like Jasmine or Karma

Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Full-Stack Development: Drive the development of responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using Angular.
Event-Driven Systems: Architect and manage real-time data pipelines and messaging systems utilizing Apache Kafka.
Technical Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior and senior developers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for low-latency, high-throughput services.
