About The Position

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using spring boot, python, and java. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing web applications using spring boot, python, and java.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing restful apis, microservices architecture, and database management systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to address technical challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, devops practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of software solutions using spring boot, python, and java.
