Technical Lead full-time position(s) available (multiple positions) with Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York, New York and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to provide technology inputs and technical leadership for the design, development, and delivery of products and services. Lead the technical implementation and function as a point of escalation for the resolution of technical matters. Interact with customers/users on operations related to solution and service delivery. Ensure quality of requirement analysis, design, development, and overall solutions and service. Verify quality control through reviews, inspections, and testing. Identify technical risks and plan contingency/mitigation actions. Plan project deliverables and monitor progress against plan. Manage scope, schedule, and effort. Liaise with client and internal teams to identify routine issues and update stakeholders on project. Ensure verification of deliverables per quality assurance plans and that delivered solution meets technical specifications and design requirements. Identify and assign roles to team members, set project goals, and ensure optimum utilization of resources, including infrastructure and manpower. Position requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field plus five (5) years of post-bachelor's professional IT experience. Must have one (1) year of experience with the following: API Testing, Automation Testing, Manual Testing, Mobile Testing, Cucumber, Selenium, and Eclipse IDE. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Must be willing to work anywhere in U.S. as positions may involve relocation to various unanticipated TCS office locations & client sites; any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy. Position may be eligible for or require remote work w/in commutable distance of worksite. All employment offers contingent on successful completion of background check.
