We’re looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of one of Archera’s most strategic initiatives at the intersection of LLMs/data science, developer tools, and cloud optimization. Acting as a “startup within a startup,” this role will own a revenue-linked product end-to-end — from ideation through launch and scale — while managing an international team of engineers and collaborating cross functionally with supporting teams in recruiting/design/marketing/sales/customer success. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Lead Product Engineer will blend hands-on technical contributions with product leadership, and partner closely with go-to-market teams to ensure adoption and commercial success. This is a unique opportunity to shape a dev tools product with AI/LLM integrations at its core, built to accelerate cloud engineering workflows, while building and leading a high-impact engineering organization in a fast-moving environment.

  • Own the full lifecycle of a strategic product directly tied to company revenue, from concept through launch and scale.
  • Contribute directly to the codebase while setting engineering direction and best practices.
  • Hire, Manage and mentor a distributed, international team of engineers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing on launches, GTM campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Define, track, and execute against key KPIs and performance targets, reporting progress directly to the CEO.
  • Drive innovation in AI/LLM applications within the product to maintain competitive differentiation.
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience
  • 2+ years in a technical role (early-stage or founder experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, React, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to data science workflows and familiarity with AI/LLM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to own products from ideation to scale, ideally with measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading or managing remote/distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with GTM or commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem.
  • Track record of open source contributions or community involvement.
  • Experience with marketing or selling new products in an early-stage environment.
  • Ability to build and iterate on design assets in Figma.
  • Competitive salary with equity plan
  • Opportunities for greatly accelerated professional development and advancement within the company
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence
  • Full Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $75/month towards your cell phone bill
  • Yearly wellness stipend
