The Technical Lead/Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing high-level technical guidance, project leadership, and quality assurance across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a focus in CA, AZ, TX, and FL. The ideal candidate will bring a strong process/mechanical or civil background, serving as a go-to expert for project teams and clients during opportunity development, design, construction, commissioning, and O&M phases. The role will work in direct coordination with the Business Development team to support strategic market growth initiatives in the U.S. W&WW O&M sector, helping drive new opportunities through a deep understanding of municipal and industrial markets. The role involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, supporting RFP development, and working closely with technical and operations teams. The role will be qualified to serve as Key Personnel for strategic projects and retain primary ownership of the initial implementation phase of new projects.
