About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Systems Architect to join our team! Responsible for technical oversight and architecture of HRD applications, systems integration, and modernization initiatives. Defines system design, security architecture, and implementation strategies aligned with DOI standards (including NIST SP 800-53, IPv6 compliance, and CUI handling). Leads the technical team in evaluating tools, frameworks, and migration strategies to optimize application performance and security.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems architecture, systems integration, or enterprise application development.
• Proven experience designing or implementing solutions in a federal HR or ERP environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• AWS or Azure Architect Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps environments and system lifecycle management.
• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
