OBXtek is currently staffing for Technical Lead - Software Development. The role involves coordinating development team activities with the Product Owner and key technical stakeholders to ensure that the technical architecture needs are planned and accounted for in support of the new business features and capabilities. The Technical Lead will participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, lead solution alternative exploration, and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines. Additionally, the role requires defining subsystems and their interfaces, allocating responsibilities to subsystems, understanding solution deployment, and communicating requirements for interactions with the solution context. The Technical Lead will work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements, establish critical non-functional requirements, support technology/engineering aspects of Program planning and execution, provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility, mentor junior developers, guide software testing and QA activities, and oversee technical architecture and code reviews.
