About The Position
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. As a Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead in the Network Operation Centre (Transmission), you will provide subject matter expert (SME) support to the team for managing complex and major network incident faults with first time correct investigation and troubleshooting with full responsibility 24*7. This involves managing the appropriate, timely level of escalation on complex, escalated and reoccurring network faults. You will work closely with cross functional teams within Colt and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that delivery of the architecture is fit for purpose and meets the NOC expectations. This role requires you to work independently and in a hands-on manner, participating in driving the technical design and NOC requirements from high level architecture through to detailed interface designs.
