We are seeking a Technical Lead with an additional Senior Project Manager responsibility. This role involves: Leadership in Project Execution – Driving the proposal, scoping, and execution of projects that address both internal and external customer needs. This includes optimizing team resources across the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with well-defined, measurable outcomes. Global Process Development & Technology Transfer – Overseeing the scale-up and transfer of new products and processes to internal or external manufacturing assets. Adherence to Best Practices – Ensuring that industry-leading methodologies and standards in chemistry and chemical engineering are consistently applied.
