About The Position

As a Technical Lead, you will provide engineering expertise and guidance in areas such as modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting. You will be crucial in the planning, design, procurement, and construction of natural gas pipeline facilities and other utility projects. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) with at least seven (7) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven expertise in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Proficiency with CAD, GIS software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, etc.), and related concepts.
Deep understanding of industry risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and budget management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
Ability to navigate regulatory agency guidance and industry laws.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours for project assignments and meetings.

Responsibilities

Oversee all project phases, including scope development, design, materials procurement, permitting, and construction assessments.
Work closely with project managers and staff to ensure QA/QC reviews meet client, MRS, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and participate in technical/progress review meetings.
Lead, train, develop, and appraise divisional employees.
Perform feasibility assessments and make strategic recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
