About The Position

As part of our commitment to this mission, we are looking for experienced Technical Lead Managers to join our enterprise solutions team. This role is pivotal in helping our global key accounts, merchants, and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities. You will face complex business and technical challenges, leveraging a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and unlock the potential of our e-commerce platform capabilities. In this position, you will be the principal delivery owner of end-to-end enterprise solutions, responsible for accelerating the integration of global key merchants with our Global E-Commerce open platform and application ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include providing architectural design and consultation for client integrations via open platform APIs and common 1st and 3rd party connector applications such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Channel Advisor. You will also support customized integration configurations and development, serve as a one-stop resource for integration-related debugging support and technical inquiries, and drive the development of horizontal solutions to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of future enterprise solutions. Additionally, you will establish deep collaboration with a broad range of clients to identify and abstract common problems and product requirements, develop a technical development roadmap for common capabilities, and aggregate feedback on product improvement ideas for our internal business domain and open platform teams. As a leader, you will develop and lead the solutions engineering team to meet business objectives, execute recruiting roadmaps, and provide professional growth planning and mentorship for team members to ensure continuous personal and team development. Establishing key processes, methodologies, standards, and culture for a high-performing team will also be a critical part of your role.
