We use data at every level, from powering customer experiences to driving intelligent pricing and market insights. The Data Platform team builds and operates the core systems that make this possible, high-scale data infrastructure, pipelines, and services that keep Redfin’s data fast, reliable, and trusted. As a Technical Lead Engineer on the Data Platform team, you’ll lead modernization of Redfin’s data ecosystem, evolving legacy systems into scalable, resilient, cloud-native platforms that power the company’s most data-intensive workloads. Who You Are Architect, build, and operate large-scale data systems and infrastructure that connect streaming, operational, and analytical data across the company. Lead modernization of critical legacy systems, simplifying complex workflows, improving reliability, and reducing operational overhead.
