We are looking for a Technical Lead – Client Servicing Portal to support our Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services team. We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for a client-facing digital servicing platform. This role owns technical execution across Salesforce Experience Cloud and Azure-based backend services, with a strong focus on integration design, delivery guidance, and platform reliability. The Technical Lead works closely with Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate architecture into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions, while using targeted proofs of concept to de-risk complex or high-impact initiatives. You will report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
