About The Position

PSEG is looking for Summer 2026 Technical Intern for the Campaign Management Team. This role will support the Campaign Management analysts for planning, executing, and optimizing strategic marketing and outreach campaigns that support the company’s energy programs, customer engagement, and brand initiatives. This job involves supporting PSE&G’s Customer Strategy, utilizing a broad knowledge of business, analytical, and communications skills acquired through previous course work or on-the-job training. This position will be Hybrid Fixed.

Requirements

• The successful incumbent(s) must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business, and communications and graduating between December 2026 and May 2029.
• Students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2026.
• PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
• Incumbents must have completed sophomore-level course work for consideration.
• Because this position will require traveling to various PSEG and customer locations, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
• Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.

Responsibilities

• General support for the team with marketing and customer outreach.
• Possible project: create database of communication plans, reports, tactics, and consolidation of files.
