About the Team The Integration Operations Team facilitates seamless experiences connecting our partners across the globe with POS or Inventory Feed system integrations during initial platform launches, transitions to new providers, and daily ops support. As part of the Merchant Experience Operations teams, we enable Merchants to reach their revenue goals faster – acting as their technical consultant, we troubleshoot issues with precision and empathy. With adept communication skills and a #one-team-one-fight work ethic, we liaise with internal stakeholders in S&O, Product, BTA/BizApps, and external provider partners in the Restaurant + New Verticals line of business, delivering efficient, quality-driven, and human experiences. About the Role As a Technical Integrations Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering best-in-class experiences for our top Merchants and Providers. Working closely with teams across Onboarding, Support, Sales, S&O, Product, and GTMT you will be responsible for owning key initiatives tied to team KRs, ensuring a seamless and magical experience for our merchants. You will report to a Manager on our Integrations Operations team in our Merchant Experience Operations organization. This role is expected to be hybrid and is required to be in the office at least every Thursday in 2025-2026, with additional availability to attend cross-functional events, expos, launches, etc. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST. Availability to be “on call” during nights and weekends is needed to accommodate business needs.
