About The Position

The Technical Integration Specialist will play a key role in leading vendor certification and integration projects, delivering technical support and training, ensuring effective communication across teams, and troubleshooting data communication and transformation issues. This role ensures McLeod’s Core Integration Services operate seamlessly, supporting the continued success of our vendor partnerships and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience with technical integrations and vendor partnerships.
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer software and hardware support.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of XML and Java.
  • Working knowledge of database operations and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn internal software and systems and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Working knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Experience mapping data structures.
  • Experience developing and maintaining data communication systems and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist new vendors with completing the certification process for future implementations.
  • Install API-centered vendor interfaces and provide customer training and support.
  • Provide technical assistance to vendors and customers.
  • Communicate internally across McLeod’s Core Services departments to provide updates, evaluate resource capacity, anticipate risks, and ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
  • Lead all aspects of integration module delivery, including external communication with vendors and customers, credential gathering, resource allocation, and scheduling of module installations and training.
  • Create and follow training agendas for modules of responsibility.
  • Work independently to coordinate and solve highly complex technical data communication and integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow.
  • Conduct remote training sessions with customers on integration modules.
  • Create documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
  • Monitor and communicate risks and successes pertaining to module scheduling and delivery.
  • Ensure appropriate internal staff is involved in escalated service and delivery issues.
  • Plan and optimize available McLeod resources for module delivery.
