VEGA Americas is expanding its Training department and is seeking a Technical Instructor. This role involves facilitating both instructor-led and virtual technical training courses for customers and employees. Key aspects of the position include continuously improving instructional delivery, mentoring other instructors, ensuring the quality and consistency of course content, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities. The instructor will also be responsible for reporting on course data, issues, and absences, and for evaluating and improving training programs based on feedback. Collaboration with fellow instructors is essential to ensure consistent delivery, support, and a strong team dynamic. The position requires 50% overnight travel, with on-site work at the Mason, OH Headquarters when not traveling.
