About The Position

The Technical Instructor is responsible for delivering technical training and educational programs to both internal and external customers. This role involves providing subject matter expertise for technical training and professional development curriculum, supporting the instructional design process, and ensuring that training content aligns with the learning styles of the audience while addressing performance gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical training role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and educational programs to internal and external customers.
• Support the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics.
• Conduct assessments of course objectives versus performance.
• Diagnose performance gaps using CPI/EJCS data and incorporate PSL established competencies.
• Assess employee needs and adapt training program materials as needed.
