Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging), Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Science, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Sustainability, Public Health, or Quality Management or related fields
  • Undergraduate at an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Eligible for work authorization in the United States upon graduation
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to align stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Skill in refining solutions and managing expectations with limited resources
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital tools to support data analysis and presentations
  • Digital fluency and a growth mindset
